Hello doctor, I am taking zolam .5 mg for last 8 years around 4 tabs a day average due to my stress and other circumstances, now I wanted to come out of the addiction, with out taking zolam for one day I feel nervous and shiver also, please suggest me what to do? To give it up permanently, few years back I consulted a doctor but the medicines given to me makes me feeling of sleepiness during day time coz of my job I can not sleep in day time, please guide and help me am now 47 years of age.
